The Services provide financial education, market analysis, and curated stock research. We are an educational platform and do NOT provide personalized investment advice or execute trades.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Red Panda provides:

• Market analysis and insights
• Educational content about investing
• Portfolio tracking tools (not execution)
• Price alerts and notifications

4.2 Not Investment Advice

Access to Red Panda Stock Club premium features requires an active membership. Memberships are purchased and managed through ianinvest.com.

The Red Panda mobile app is free to download. To access premium features, purchase a membership at ianinvest.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms or systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute our content without permission
• Interfere with the Services' operation
• Use the Services to manipulate markets

7.1 Our Content

All content in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Red Panda or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.3 User Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property, and we may use them without compensation to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Panda from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may pursue claims in small claims court.
